Please note that this property has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to contact BWH Born-Playa upon arrival in Barcelona in order to arrange key collection and check-in. Guests requiring parking spaces are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance either by email or by telephone. Contact details can be found on the Booking Confirmation. Arrivals between 21:00 and 02:00 are subject to a surcharge of € 30. Arrivals between 02:00 and 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of € 50. Arrivals between 08:00 and 12:00 are subject to a surcharge of € 30. Please note the apartments will be cleaned once a week. This includes a change of sheets and towels. Extra cleaning services are available at an additional cost. For baby cots and child seats, please inform the property at least 3 days in advance. This can be requested by contacting the property using the email address found on the booking confirmation. Please include the following details: arrival and departure date, apartment and required equipment. The property will send a confirmation within 24 hours.
