Residencia Melon District offers modern rooms and studios with free internet access. Set a 10-minute walk from Nova Icaria Beach, it has a rooftop pool and terrace with city views. This student residence is just 2 minutes from Barcelona's Marina Metro Station, which offers direct access to Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Espanya. Sagrada Familia is also within walking distance. Rooms and studios at Melon District Marina are stylish and functional, with private bathrooms and central heating. Studios include a kitchenette, and all guests have access to a shared kitchen. There is also a cafeteria that is open all day for lunch, breakfast and dinner. Towels and bed linen are provided for all rooms. Room cleaning can be arranged on request at reception. MelonCafé, on the ground floor, is open from 07:30 to 23:00 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks, drinks and set menus are available and you can get snacks to take away too.

Guest must present a credit card to guarantee their reservation, upon arrival. In the event that the guest does not have a credit card, the guest must pay their total stay in cash at check-in. For reservations of more than 5 rooms and/or longer than 14 nights, a 25% prepayment is required (non-refundable in the case of cancellation). Once the reservation is made, Customer Care will contact the customer to arrange the prepayment, either by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that for stays of 6 nights or more, rooms are cleaned weekly and towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Cleaning is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at reception, subject to a surcharge.
