Melon District Poble Sec is a modern student residence, set on Barcelona’s Avinguda Parallel. It offers free Wi-Fi and a rooftop terrace with a seasonal swimming pool. This residence offers bright, modern rooms with a private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen for every 10 rooms. Las Ramblas and the Port are approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the residence. The nearby Poble Sec and Parallel Metro Stations give easy access to all parts of the city. Towels and bed linen are provided. Room cleaning can be arranged on request, at an extra cost.

Important information:

Please note that, for stays of 6 nights or more, rooms are cleaned weekly and towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Cleaning is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at reception, at an extra cost. For reservations of 5 rooms or more, and/or longer than 14 nights, a 25% prepayment is required (non-refundable in the case of cancellation). Once the reservation is made, Customer Care will contact the customer to arrange the prepayment, either by credit card or bank transfer. This 25% prepayment applies to flexible rates only. Non-refundable offers must be prepaid 100% as per cancellation policy.
