Located on the 12th floor, and especially conceived for the most demanding guests, The Executive Floor includes 32 Double Deluxe rooms and one Junior Suite, as well as the Executive Lounge, where the personal attention and services offered are aimed to provide the feeling of a luxury small hotel. Surrounded by the lush gardens, the wellness center "The Royal Fitness", considered as one of the leading Spas of the World, has a total of 5,400 sq.m. of facilities, including a fitness room with the highest level of technological and ergonomic machines. Furthermore, it features a Spa Area, providing a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzis, saunas, sanarium, caldarium, steam baths, aromatherapy booth, ice shower, special showers and a foot bath. Concerning the Aesthetics Area “Hair & Body”, it proposes a wide range of innovative body treatments, such as anti-stress massage with chocolate, honey or hot chakra stones, among others.
Additionally, in the Hair salon you can enjoy the use of prestigious brands, such as Artech, René Furterer, l’Oréal and Eassy.

The Hotel disposes of 375 double deluxe rooms and 37 luxury suites.
The Double Deluxe Rooms are decorated in a modern style and have a total surface of 30 sq.m. They include a spacious desk with appropriate lighting and a deluxe marble bathroom with separated housed shower and bathtub.
The modern and smart Junior Suites have a total surface of 60 sq.m. and are provided with a living room and bedroom. They include a spacious desk with appropriate lighting as well as a deluxe marble bathroom with separated housed shower and bathtub.
Located in the corners of the Hotel and with breathtaking views over the city and sea, the Euro Suites have a total surface of 70 sq.m. and are decorated with elegant classical furniture. Furthermore, they all receive natural daylight and include a spacious desk with appropriate lighting as well as a deluxe marble bathroom with separated housed shower, round bath and bathtub.
Located in the 14th floor with breathtaking views over the city and sea, the Presidential Suite has a total surface of 120 sq.m. It is provided with a bedroom and a large living room and is decorated with elegant and classical decoration.
Located in the upper floor of the hotel with breathtaking views over the city and sea, the Royal Suite combines two suites separated by a sliding door which allows to join them into one luxury suite of 450 sq. m. Both suites present high technology equipment and are provided with small bedrooms for the guest’s security service .
The access to this Suite is made by a private lift.
Food & beverage:
Located in the exotic gardens of the hotel and surrounded by lush vegetation, The Garden Restaurant offers a creative Mediterranean cuisine all year round. The Chef combines traditional flavours with innovative ingredients.
Please note that due to refurbishments the restaurant has been closed since 2 January 2007.
On the other part, the Café Polo Restaurant proposes a wide buffet with regional and international cuisine, show-kitchen made. It also offers "à la carte" and special kids menus.
