There is a CD player, radio and satellite TV, as well as washing machine and dishwasher. They are spacious and include, kitchens, bathrooms and lounge dining room areas. Here you can relax at the end of a long day's sightseeing, and prepare your own meals. Each apartment is located in a lively area of the city, where you can easily find numerous bars, restaurants and nightspots. Admire the modernist architecture of Passeig de Gracia, or stroll down the colourful and lively Las Ramblas before relaxing with a drink next to the city's port or beach.

Guests should confirm their expected time of arrival with the property before travel. This can be noted by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. On arrival day all guests must complete and sign a registration form. All guests must check out by 11.00. Apartments are available from between 11.00 and 14.00. It is not possible to check in between 23:00 and 07:00. Please also note that it will not be possible to check in or out on 25 December and 01 January. Rules regarding appropriate behaviour and security in the apartments will be explained at check in, and must be complied with. Non-compliance may result in the early termination of the booking. Apartments are cleaned and provided with fresh linen and towels prior to check in (cot linen not provided). A cleaning service is provided for stays of more than 7 days.
