The apartments are not housed in the same building and there is not a 24 hour reception service. When you complete your reservation you will receive a telephone number which you can call for assistance before or during your stay. The apartments must be left in a clean and tidy state when you leave. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. You can book an additional cleaning service during your stay (consult additional prices).

These cosy apartments are fully-equipped and furnished and situated in one of the best areas of Barcelona, near shops, the beach and the old town. The apartments boast an elegant, cosy and relaxed atmosphere and they are the perfect option for enjoying a highly private or independent atmosphere. All of the apartments are well-connected to the metropolitan transport network and are a practical option for short stays for leisure or business purposes. Important information:

The apartments are not housed in the same building and there is not a 24 hour reception service. Once you have completed your booking you will be contacted by email so as to advise us of your arrival time. You will also be given a telephone number to call one hour before your arrival at the apartment, so we can deliver the apartment keys. Upon arrival all guests must pay a security deposit in cash of between € 150-300, depending on the length of stay. The deposit is returnable upon departure provided no damage has been incurred to the apartment during the stay. Guests can check into the apartments after 15:00. Guests scheduled to arrive in Barcelona before this time can arrange to leave luggage at the property before checking-in (subject to availability). Guests arriving between 21:00 and 23:00 must pay a € 25 in cash at arrival time. This charge rises to € 50 after 23.00. There is a charge of € 60 to be paid in cash upon arrival to cover the final cleaning of the apartment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or modified, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
